In my latest dev builds of NUSD I am having issues with the key decrypting, something that should be fixable. Problem is, everything else really isn't ready for release; I had wanted a summer build release but never got around to it, and now school leaves no time to finish it.

Maybe someday...

To be honest, anyone should be able to extract the common key easily enough from the EXE file or the dsikey.bin file, right?

I mean only if they really wanted to for whatever reason.

Wait so what will this do? Can someone tell me in English? XD
Developers can decrypt DSi files, like firmware, firmware updates or DSiWare titles.
But this does not allow them to encrypt or sign software that will run on the DSi, it does however open the possibility of finding exploits in software.

You dont need to be a dev to be able to decrypt stuff with the key.
I was referring to homebrew developers.
Yes, YOU could decrypt the files too, anyone could, but it wouldn't do you any good at all.
It's only of any actual use to homebrew devs.

See, Im not a dev but I can decrypt Wii files to build my own custom system menu, extract graphics, music files of titles and ROMs too.

Why is this not on the front page, or at least User-Submitted news...? Well at least I think it's important...

...Extract music, you say?
Hmm...me thinks I want to try my hand at extracting music from Artstyle Pictopict/Pictobits, that game has awesome music.

Can someone please mirror the program on to like filetrip, the download is not working for me, as soon as it starts, the download manager says it is canceled, only giving me a 0 byte exe.
