Gaming DSi, 3DS Charger Pinout?

I'm trying to create a USB power cable for my 3DS.

I don't have my 3DS on-hand.

What is the pinout of the 3DS/DSi looking into the power connector?

Looking at that pic, is pin 1 (on the left) + or -?

There ya go just tested my charger with my tester. on the charger plug from front, plus on left minus on right.
