To set it to use OfflineList images go into the Utilities panel and tick the tickbox. Select the drive that OfflineList is on and hit the scan button. You're now ready to use OfflineList images! It doesn't download new images, it will only use OfflineList images that already exist on the hard drive.

whoooooooooooooooot cheers DAVE!!!

finally chance to leave OLL behind for something better without messing about re downloading 3000+ images

I suppose I can live with updating the images with OLL now and then for the odd few

No probs at all mate, sorry it took so long. You've just made me realize something, I should have put in an option to pull all the files from Offlinelist into the DSFCC release list. That way you could just import all the images for the release list, add your games to the library and drop Offlinelist altogether. Give me a few hours and I'll sort it out! lol Cheers for the suggestion mate, it's definitely a good one!

no worries mate noticed it grabs my list of GBA roms too lol COOL!

Now it'll work to put them in individual files, but I still can't check the trim roms, or I get "File Access Denied"

Try deleting the settings.ini file from the data folder.
Still can't "Permanently Trim Files"

It doesn't use the OfflineList images for the GBA gams though. I can add it it though. I'm just working on importing the NDS images into the release list in one go. It's in there but I want to make it a little quicker, will probably have an update by the end of the night! lol

huh? sure about that? when i click GBA list it shows the correct image for the game without me adding them or downloading them ... so I assumed it was grabbing them from my OLL image directory that has GBA images??

or does it download the images on the fly when I click on them in the list??

+ Fixed a bug in the way I read the offlinelist numbering scheme.
+ It now allows you to import all the Offlinelist images into the release list in one go after scanning for the Offlinelist folder.

+ Sped up file copying routines.
+ Now stores save archives in data folder.
+ Using the Backup Saves button now archives all saves, not just selected saves.
+ Using the Backup Saves button now archives GBA saves as well.
+ If you select AKAIO as your firmware it now switches AKAIO on in SkinA2 automatically.
+ Fixed a bug where it wasn't setting the MicroSD card properly when opening SkinAK2.
+ Fixed a bug where rogue __aio/__ak2 folders where being created on startup.
+ You can now have multiple users in the save library.

+ Fixed a bug where auto-removal of save files wasn't working with user names.
+ Made autoupgrader look a little nicer.

0.23b
+ Fixed a bug in the OfflineList.exe scan.
+ Now prompts you to select OfflineList.exe manually if it can't be found during the scan.
+ Now checks to see if important files are missing on start up, use the help menu or the Utilities panel to fix the problem.

0.23c
+ Fixed a bug where saves weren't being copied from save profiles.

This is awesome! Im surprised flash-cart makers dont develop it further for each cart

Cheers! Flash-cart makers might have problems developing it further for each cart though seeing as it's closed source and I'm the one with it! lol

+ Fixed a couple of pop-up hints.
+ Now scans entire card for saves.
+ Fixed a bug where deleting a GBA game through the file browser didn't reset its "on card" status.

Buggy Example:

[SETTING.INI]
DL=C:\DL\

but if there's no C:\DL\ and

select Preferences -> Download Folder -> Set Folder

*Ding* Error setting path "C:\DL\"

and OK, and nothing, no crash. not a big deal but critical for newbs I guess.

deleting SETTING.INI is a solution but I know you can add some line and fix this.

+ Fixed a bug when refreshing NDS boxart/screenshot.
+ Added a bit more detail to the download center (Utilities panel)
+ Changed some font colours.

Well done. Thanks.

btw, I wonder why it's not sticky. made some mod angry before?

Not a problem, any more bugs you come across just post em in here and I'll try to get 'em. If you've got any suggestions post em up as well.

Nah not pissed off any mods it's just not many utils get stickied (Rominator deserves to be stickied before my app anyway). Besides which, it encourages me to work on it more often so I've got an excuse to bump it back to the front page.

This is some very nice software you've got here TrolleyDave! Is the ability to update CycloDS Evolution implemented though?

Cheers! Do you mean the Cyclo firmware? It works a little differently then the other cards doesn't it?

QUOTE(kobykaan @ Apr 25 2009, 10:39 PM) nice work Dave ... your really cracking on with this program now mate AWESOME WORK

Cheers Koby mate!

I don't really know where to go with it next, I've got a couple of ideas like subfolders and stuff (genre names, individual folders for games etc) but putting them into practice is a different matter! lol If you've got any suggestions or requests fire them away! The scanning the whole card for saves was a great idea so any more you've got give em to me!

On a side note, if anyone wants to create their own homebrew packs here's the software that I wrote/use to do it with. If anyone creates any and you want them added to the download center then send them to me and I'll add them in.

+ You can now open the Metacritic webpage (if it exist) for GBA/NDS games in your library and also in the release list.
