ROM Hack dsbuff not working properly, can you help?

I'm trying to use dsbuff for the first time but when i open the app the bottom third of the GUI missing in the options panel.

I'm using Win7 64bit and i've already tried the winXP compatability option but no joy.

Does anyone know how to fix this or have any ideas how to fix it.

Not sure what to tell you, I'm running Windows 7 32bit and it shows just fine.
Try opening another drop down like Help first?
