DSCompress at GBATemp Downloads
excellent! thank you kindly, dont know how i missed this one i went through the download section
bah this only does .gz? i need something that will DEcompress .zip and .7z, anything out there like that? or can this do that too somehow that i cant figure out?
It works with zip files.....dunno 'bout 7z though. No rar support either.
well how do i unzip a .zip file cause all i managed to do was compress the zip file even furter to .gz
DSLinux support .zip ... just use the following command:
You probably need a RAM expansion though ...
i have a 3in1 but i think ive heard that dslinux doesnt work with acekard rpg, this true?
Yes. It's true.
more effort than it's worth to use dslinux to extract the archives.
dscompress does a good job and is dedicated to the process.
yea but i still dont see the option on how to decompress a .zip file, i can compress and decompress .gz files only...
Do you just put the DSCompress.nds on the card or do you need the arm9 file?
i just put the dscompress FOLDER into my homebrew folder, and run the .nds file from that folder, and was able to compress files to .gz format
All I did was push A on the zip, and it unzipped it
