Does the Dstt Support Ds Linux i havent done much research but ive seen its like a built in computer thing that lets you use the web or w.e and if it does work will you need to have wifi??

It does but to do anything you need a Slot 2 ram expansion cart or Slot 2 flashcart such as the EZ Flash 3in1. And the brower does require wifi so I'd say that you'd find DS Linux useless.
