I remember someone in this forum with a sig that says something like = if you say "Why are these great games in jap?Cant read em." he (person with sig, dont remember who) gets to say "then wait for the white trash bigoted cracker release."
So i think he was offended... I only rememberd this because when i read it it was funny. lol BTW i have a jpanese friend that says go to japan and say that out loud and people will beat the shit out of you.

Well, during WWII it was used by American soldiers and propaganda as a racial epithet.

People really need to learn some history. I find the word offensive(well, as offensive as other words that is not my ethnicity). There's a reason they use JPN. Although I find it less offensive than when people use JAP, because it seems more likely the person is using an abbreviation for typing "Japanese" instead of actually saying it like "Jap". Of course, if I was with a bunch of friends and they were doing racial jokes I wouldn't be offended even when it's towards mine.

Yep. It's called Urusei Yatsura - Endless Summer (JPN) I think its a 2006 game, maybe 2007.

also, this is just a pet peeve of mine, but "animes" is not a word. The plural of Anime is Anime, much like there is no "fishes". Japanese does not distinguish between singulars and plurals.

they are games based on the jump manga collection, it just so happens that they made anime based on those manga.
