oki so right now i have a crimson black DS
and i was thinking maybe i should exchange the case (ive had it for a year or so)

im just kinda afraid to do it
and i cant send it to thieveslikeus cuz i dont know how to ship stuff and its a hassle
i dont wanna ruin my only ds
so i was thinking
should i buy an old DSL and mod that one? (it would cost me some money and im not sure my mom would let me buy another DS. plus, what would i do with 2 DS?)
or should i just go ahead and mod mine right now?
or...maybe i should buy a DSi and mod my DSL?

Hmm, well it all depends on how you feel...

But in my opinion you should go ahead and case mod and if worst comes to worst you have to buy a new one.
Because if you do mess up and break it, its going to cost you the same amount of money either way, if you dont break it.. you wont end up with two DS's.

And IMO if you do buy a DSi are you really going to play the DSL?

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
