I want it to be a game where I can be a neighbour from hell...
but I don't think it is...

In this case, YOU are the neighbo(u)r from hell.

This is a DS port of a strategy game from the PC/Gamecube. The point of the game is to sneak around the fat guy on the cover's house and set traps. His house has been rigged with cameras to catch the outcome. The outcome you want is more spectacular traps to get bigger ratings.

Think of it as Home Alone the Reality Show.

The neighbor has a guard dog and a parrot that will try to wake him up while you are sneaking around, so you have to avoid them.

I can't speak of the DS port or the original's quality (just read this information off wikipedia). But the premise is a pretty fun one, so I'll try it out.

im having problems getting this to run on the DSTT
it gets to the level select screen then when i chose the first level it crashes
can anyone help please (and i dont mean comments like "get a new card" lol)

The two Neighbours from Hell games for PC were excellent. I had no idea that they are making a DS game as well. Will definitely give it a shot.

There where 4 (four) games on the PC

I wonder if this takes levels from each, based on part 1 or a stand alone experience.

That's a bit harsh, at least give it 10 mins. I had to give Zelda: PH over 10 hours before I decided I liked it.

Try redownloading the rom from another site. It loaded fine on my DSTT running the latest firmware.

Again I lol'd seeing people posting just cause the game has 'hell' in it's title. But it's a good game, I can't say I dislike it.
