Looks like a bunch of minigames. For some strange reason, the house in screen 3 kind of creeps me out...

stereotyping like that isn't very healthy. some of my friends are goths and they are nothing like the stereotype (well, except they really, really like black).

I'm sort of partially emo, so I guess that's why I like dark movies like Tim Burton.

I used to obscure my face in my long hair. But I cut it because no one liked it that way.

Yep, goth and emo are two different types of people.

Edit: @Granville, so you cut something because someone says they don't like something? Yep, you're emo alright

Actually, I cut it because my mother was blackmailing me. She promised me a trip to Disney World (even putting it in writing) if I agreed to cut my hair. And right after I did, she laughed at me and said she had her fingers crossed. But since people have responded to my pics in the picture thread, they seem to like my short hair better, so I'm not too angry.

Whatever, I still act emo sometimes. But you would too if you had to put up with such an annoying mother.

I don't think this IS by Burton. It's directed by Henry Selick though who also directed Nightmare Before Christmas and James and the Giant Peach. Of course, he also did Monkeybone, considered one of the biggest box office flops in history and terrible.

Info on the movie (including possible spoilers):

Oh, to bad..
I thought it was some new Burton movie, that people had kept secret for me.

Ah well, James and the Giant Peach was pretty good too..
And if he also worked on Nightmare, it should be good..

The game looks so crappy...but I suggest to read the book first, it is awsome, Neil Gaiman rules!

This is so true! Everyone is throwing down on the movie because it looks like another NMBC...which is sad, because the book was awesome. Almost a "dark" Alice in Wonderland. And I'm not goth/emo/any of that crap, if anything I'm a hippie. I just really liked the book, and I SURE can't wait for the movie.

I wasn't aware there was going to be a game, but I'm gonna be all over this. Its my anniversary with my girlfriend today, and she loved the book even more than me. Found something to get her

I'm compelled to get it just because I'm a Gaiman fan.

Here's hoping it doesn't suck, but I have really low expectations....

I'll pass the game but can't wait for the movie, I adore everything that's made in stop motion, and I think that Selick is one of the best director to use it.

9 look badass too, I watch the short movie upon which the movie is based and it should be very interesting.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
