What's the term folks like to use these days, "slow burn"? That's pretty much my experience so far. I stuck with it, though I wasn't sure if it had me or not. Though the dungeons look essentially the same, the game's oddly addictive. The subtle changes with each dungeon are somehow enough...again, so far. There are some Animal Crossing / MySims-esque elements that are coming into play now as well. The game's a weird one, but seemingly more than the sum of its parts.
