Kinda, you got to use the stylus and the Dpad -at the same time-
A little harder than EBA/OTO, the first time at least.

Short review:
Fun for a little while because of interesting gameplay
The songs are bad, and nowhere near Ouendan quality
The single player story is horrible. Any kid could think of a better story.

So, don't expect too much and you can have fun playing through the songs maybe twice (which may take an hour total). If you do happen to love the game there's plenty to unlock but I doubt anyone would like it that much.
