If anything, at least DS has it`s own iteration of hockey at last. Backyard Hockey 2005 on PC was pretty ok, though so maybe this is not so bad.

I just loaded it up. Its bad. The game play is horribly boring and the blocky graphics are atrocious.

NHL '94 kicks this game's ass in so many ways it is not funny.

i cant wait for sd vs raw 08 that i think its gonna be uniuqe so im Patiently Waiting
for that game. there was talks about another pro wrestling game i think spike was dealing with it
but thats been waiting for years.

yeah, this game is pretty bad. i wanted it to be good... after testing backyard basketball my hopes for this release went down hill... and this release confirms that expectation. this is just really poorly made game... guess NHL 94 via SNES emu is the only hockey on DS to consider.

And I agree with Chief_Second, we need a good boxing game. I can think of one real quick......Punch-Out! The Compilation.

The wrestling game is strange. Sort of like turn-based Elite Beat Agents in a way.

Too bad about this. Two full calender years since the last NHL release on any Nintendo platform, NHL 2006 for Gamecube in September 2005, and they flub it? Nooo...
