It seems DQX has been leaked online. With a 4.36GB size. If you want to find the iso, you can search through google, but I suggest ordering the game first to support the developers.

Edit:

Requirements:

A 16 gb usb

Japanese or modded wii

Japanese wii shop channel

Optoinal:

A wii classic controller pro

Keyboard or slime keyboard

somehow i doubt someone will take the time to make a full fan translation for this game as this most likely would take years to complete and by then we will probably have a version over here in the states

Gives me a green screen when loading it up, does anyone else have problems with the iso?

Edit:

Using NeoGamma v.R9 Beta 56 it uses a autocheck system for the required ios. The ios that is required for DQX is ios 59. Is their any fix for this?

You first stick in the dragon quest x game into a wii, then it will download the game to your usb and create a DQX channel. Their are two discs, one for the channel and the game.

thankyou. so with our sneaky ways im guessing we will just be getting the files and putting them straight on a usb stick!?

Yes. I have had nothing but bad luck with bypassing ios59, but if I was to forcefully boot the DQX wad channel up it may work much easier than planned.

Hey mate - another bloke on wiiso got it working and managed to install them without a hitch.
For me, I don't green screen, but I get an error message telling me to reboot the machine.
A lot of people are reporting similar errors on the Japanese forums as well; which leads me to believe it may be an issue with the rips of the game?
I asked the guy that got it working, which release he used, but he just said the "official scene release", which could be any number of releases.
I've tried to use backups of the original discs, as well as the caravan rip and various others to see whether it's my own ripping technique that has a problem - but the error persists.
Perhaps it's a problem with my console? I'm trying to narrow it down, but haven't had any luck yet.

You guys realize there 2 game discs right?

cvn-dqx1.rar, cvn-dqx2.rar
It's a two disc game for the Wii? I don't think I've heard of any such games before.

Come to think about it, that could be an incredibly effective measure against USB loaders, or a minor inconvenience.

yes - and it's got nothing to do with USB loaders and piracy prevention.

It's a huge game that installs onto a 16gb USB stick and is run off there.
It's a big funny though that Nintendo decided to do something like this right at the end of the console's lifespan.
Probably a test-run before they start implementing something similar with the WiiU perhaps.

yep is very sneaky

disc 1 for installing some game data and the channel

disc 2 for playing containing game

rough sizes
Disc One 4.1GB
Disc Two 1.6GB

a HDD plugged into a USB with 16GB free is fine too btw

free for the first 20 days

¥1000 for 30 days, ¥1950 for 60 days and ¥2900 for 90 days
you can pay also using Wii Points

there will be a Children Time Window for children playing the game online, during these periods players can connect to the online server free of charge. There will be no age limit to login, but it is advised to leave this period for children.
