Hacking DPGEnc.exe 2.0 and Subtitles?

To be brief, a couple of statements.

1. I know how to make/convert to DPGs! I AM NOT A NOOB!
2. I know I can do it with BatchDpg, but I want DPG4, not DPG2 (Yes, I do actually see the difference)
3. Yes, I have used Google, but I only get options for the older DPGEnc.exe
4. Yes, I have poked around the program and its files - no dice.
5. I have the CCCP installed.

I want to take an MKV anime series and convert it with the subtitles embedded. I have tried various things, such as extracting the subtitles to no avail. How can I do this with DPGEnc.exe 2.0?

You need to enable them via ffdshow before the encoding.

Sorry! (I have an AceKard 2.1, but this is more of a general question, sorry!)

But thank you. I had no idea you could do that (whole time I thought it was something with VSFilter. Hope it wasn't a redundant question!
