Homebrew Downgrading Unhacked 3DS 10.7

hi, I've recently decided to hack my 3ds to use homebrew programs on it. My Old 3ds is v 10.7-32-U , and I want to know if there is an easy homebrew entry point for that, otherwise, how can I downgrade my 3ds? All the tutorials for downgrading assume my 3ds can run homebrew, but like I said, my 3ds is untouched in the hacking department. I have no flash cards, and the only exploitable game I have is OoT (and Sm4sh, but I believe that is for N3ds only)

basically: how do I get an untouched 10.7 o3ds to get homebrew launcher, OR how do I downgrade an unhacked 10.7 o3ds to a firmware with a homebrew entry point? Preferably webhax or menuhax

Right now you need a game. Zelda OOT (w/ powersaves), Cubic Ninja, or Freakyforms Deluxe.

If you got any friends with exploited 3ds's you could use theirs to load the payload on oot otherwise you'll need a powersave
