Hacking Downgrading a Friends wii, just a few questions

Hi, I am planning to downgrade and install the twilight hack for a friend in a few hours only I have a few questions.

1. I notice on some retail wii games when I first ever play them the discs prompt me to install an update, now if I was to downgrade the wii to 3.2E will there be any problems with games that prompt to update?

2. Upon downgrading will certain games such as Guitar Hero World Tour, Guitar Hero 3 Legends of rock or guitar hero 3 Aerosmith Cease to work? I can't imagine they would but I don't own these games and my friend is a guitar hero nut. If that stopped working I'd be in trouble.

3. Thanks. And yes I did use the search but I'd just like a couple of answers and I'm going out soon, they want me to sort their wii out later today.
