Hacking Downgrading 4.2 using 4.0 custom installer

nothing in boot2. Still can't install preloader even after all of that stuff I did when my friend WAS 4.0 before he stupidly updated to 4.2.

and this guide says it works with 4.1 and lower

girugamarc, some 4.0 custom installers will install a stub IOS60, which causes a full brick to your Wii.

DOWNGRADING IS NEVER SAFE, NEVER WILL BE. I RECOMMEND NOT DOWNGRADING TO AVOID THE HARMFUL CONSEQUENCES THAT YOU MAY FACE.

wanni's 4.0 and 4.1 installer would install a stubb IOS60 and brick your wii now
