You are correct. girugamarc, some 4.0 custom installers will install a stub IOS60, which causes a full brick to your Wii. DOWNGRADING IS NEVER SAFE, NEVER WILL BE. I RECOMMEND NOT DOWNGRADING TO AVOID THE HARMFUL CONSEQUENCES THAT YOU MAY FACE. ~modmystuff~
