Hacking Downgrade help....

So ,I've been following these forums since Gateway's original announcement. I had to sign up to ask this question: Will I lose anything by downgrading, like past 4.2 eshop games I installed?

The only thing you could lose are the current saves of certain retail games like pokemon ORAS that use the latest encryption.

I have a question, i'm currently on 9.4E (3DS XL), is there any safe secure way of downgrading to 9.0 or lower in order to use Gateway, I heard you cannot backup your NAND and i'm kind of worried

nope, sorry. but! we do have region free unlocked for now using the GW browser exploit up to 9.4 so give it time because that leaves an open door for gateway to play with (wow that sounds bad doesnt it)

I like in UK so hopefully when the N3DS ships there the first few versions are 9.0 - 9.2, so wish I'd been looking at gbatemp in late 2014

You think Gateway will EVER support 9.4+ or no

Im sure they will be, if not you can probably order out of region if you need too.
