Transport Tycoon Deluxe is my all-time-favourite, but I've got a ton of DOS games stored on my PC's HDD (among them are almost all Sierra, Lucasarts and early ID Software games).

Try DOSBox.

DOSbox is great for oldschool gaming fun. It even runs on my MacBook--it's also available for linux and some other OSs. You should download DOSbox Game Launcher (DBGL) if you don't want the hassle of manually mounting the drives etc. It's really convenient.
