A developer named William Cobb is currently working on a Dolphin build for iOS, dubbed GC4iOS. An alpha build can be compiled directly from source and apparently it already can run some games at 3 to 20FPS. It requires a 64 bit device, iOS 8.1 and up and runs on both jailbroken and jailed phones. This is what the readme currently says:

Currently GC4iOS uses Dolphin's' PowerPC Interpreter and an OpenGL backend. Most games can be loaded and run between 3 and 20 fps.

Only devices with 2GB of ram have been tested (iPhone 6s, ect). Devices with 1GB may work but have not been tested.

Please note this is an early alpha version. Without JIT, the emulator will not be fast enough to play any games at a playable speed.
A changelog to a commit from July 1st says:

JIT now working on all jailbroken and jailed phones

The JIT recompiled now works perfectly but the CPU is only running at
1/3 speed.

I think this is pretty interesting once JIT is 100% restored as iOS devices usually have much better SoCs than Android devices, achieving better scores on benchmarks with just a clockrate of half of the Android competition. The A10 chip, coming up later this year as well as the A10X chip likely will again set the bar very high for mobile SoCs. Lets hope that the JIT problem introduced with iOS 9 will be solved soon.

However, the above said jailbroken and didn't say anything about non-jailbroken in the list.

Yes, I have a Mac. :creep:
Open Xcode, paste the source code in that, connect your device and install it.
