Homebrew Dolphin 2.0 issues

When I try loading a game in dolphin I get three consecutive errors:

Error loading Plugins/Plugin_GCPadNew.dll: can't read info

Can't init any PAD Plugins

Couldn't init the core.
Check your configuration.

My specs are CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 Black (3.4GHz quad), 4GB RAM and ATi Radeon HD 5770 (1GB).

Can anyone clarify what the issue is/how to fix it?

You don't have a PAD plugin.

Check the site's forums, they should have a sticky or guide about that.

Why are you using Dolphin 2.0? Use a newer build.

Also make sure you are using the latest directx from Microsoft's site.
