Hacking Does CycloDS iEvolution Have Native Video Hardware?

I am aware that the iEVO has DSi mode capability, but does it also compare up to the DSTWO's video hardware?
in short, does it have an embedded processor that can be utilized to have a native video decoder...?

It doesn't.

But since it unlocks DSi hardware (faster CPU, more RAM) we could perhaps see video/music/media player homebrew in the future.
