I can use gm9i (nds) to copy and move files around, but there seems to be a bug when an existing file in the flashcart has to be replaced. gm9i doesn't report any error or choice, but it does nothing in that case, the old file and the new files keep just as before.
Sure I can manually delete the old file then move/copy the new file, but it is somewhat strange.
Anyways, thanks for your great software.

I have a lead on why that bug is a thing. I recently resolved that bug in hbmenu deluxe:

https://github.com/ApacheThunder/ntr-hb-menu/tree/deluxe

it was hanging for similar reason. My solution was to do card init on arm7 before doing card init on arm9...I'm not 100% sure why this was required but it was what got things working for me. It should be possible to replicate this in gm9i though the method will be a bit more complicated. ;)

It seems to be caused by the fact that GM9i always does slot power cycle when booted from DSi mode. This breaks DLDI init on bootloader due to reset of romctrl registers on arm7.

You might be be able to get away with doing card init in bootloader (since most of that runs arm7 already)...I haven't been able to get that to work on my end though. Using read_card code in the hbmenu style bootloader can be a pain to get working right. :P
