Sour cream's disgusting; got ruined for me on a cruise ship several years ago, when there was no signage or anything distinguishing sour cream from normal, edible cream and I put the wrong stuff on my waffles. The tinted-red light didn't help visual identification at all.
yup cottage cheese at a friends cookout got me years ago too...food poisening, was sick for days sucks! Still to this day can't touch it, or even smelling it makes me sick!
