Do you respond to scams?

I used to ignore scam calls and messages but now I respond to them. I will never actually send money to a pretty girl online to invest it in bitcoin for me but I find it amusing to play along with them and say some stupid shit I would not say to other people under normal circumstances.

no, I just use scam shield on my phone, and all scam likelies are ignored.

I think I responded once or twice by accident, but immediately hanged up the call then blocked the number when I found out.

I never answer to calls with numbers I don't remember otherwise, specifically to avoid accidentally answering to the scam numbers.

I don't respond to scam calls, but what I do enjoy watching on YouTube are there are some white hat hacker guys that will allow like scam ppl take over their computer (really its a virtual environment) and then the creator works his magic and unleashes his own virus that wreaks havoc on the scammer computer and network. Really entertaining to watch, and payback too lol.

I've found the opposite to be the case. They contact me less often because I'm an idiot who thinks he's funny wasting their time.

I usually pickup and troll them. Usually it's "Pete's pizzeria and abortion clinics, yesterday's loss is today's sauce. How can I help you?" I know it's kind of bad but fuck them. Or my sister gets air duct cleaning calls all the time. She just tells them " I'm sorry i don't have any ducks, just chickens."

Yep my favourite is Pierogi how he keeps his cool when the scammers rumble him and start giving him abuse is awesome. It's always funny when they start speaking Hindi and they have no idea he is pretty fluent in that language lol.

I don't answer phone number that I know, so typically I avoid spam/robo call.

Yes, if I'm feeling troll in that moment.

I started receiving messages on Whatsapp from a guy that was calling me America, and how good of a time he had and that his heart was broken an shit.
I recorded my voice (which is deep) and said:
"She says mine is bigger" and sent the audio.

Minutes later he replied:
"Who the fuck are you?"

And I once again recorded my voice and said:
"Her cowboy"

After that the guy insulted me and sent crying emojis. Blocked the number afterwards.

I usually respond to Steam/Nitro scams and try to troll them. Basically I waste their time and make it so they lose a few hours of their life. Also, it is free content on YouTube/Odysee so yay

I do. One time I called an indian tech support scam that cold called me and I ended up talking for about 30 minutes with him about Dota 2 and our builds. God I'd love to run a Bloodseeker/Crystal Maiden lane with that guy sometime. He does horrible, horrible things for pay, but I bet he'd be a great friend out of that business.

I feel sorry for the people stuck in that crappy job so instead of winding them up I just answer the phone as the local police station and they hang up pretty quickly.

No. I get too fucking many of them. Sometimes every other day and almost always a new number every time. They contact me on WhatsApp as well. It's to the point where the sound of my ringtone gives me anxiety. I'm gonna get a new number, cause this one is FUBAR especially after Ledger got hacked and all their customer data was leaked. Before that, I was only getting spam for online casinos, which was just texts.

in reality that doesn't matter my above comment is fake I don't answer honestly but my voice mail is clogged with scams i almost never clean it out i just answer any number in my contacts or i google every # i get unknown to me and after i verify a legit # i call back

My workmate had a call on his mobile when we were out in the van one day and they didn't hide the number. We called it back and got the same person who was claiming to be HMRC and if he didn't pay a fime he was being arrested!!

We fell about the place and decided to bombard them with phone calls. After twn mins they turned the phone off so we left a shit load of crazy messages and tried again next day. The number was disconnected lol

I love fucking with these cunts. If your savvy enough to know, have fun with them. Even if your not savvy, treat all calls as a scam and you'll soon find out whats real. Not, like, your mum or someone of course....!
