    Your save editor corrupts pokemon x/y savedata and it does not import the save data to the games, and the save editor also crashes after it exits. The save editor crashes on home menu emunand.

    save editor? i didn't know JK made one. his save manager works perfectly fine with XY and ORAS. both eshop and cartridge.

    as for the crashing on home menu, exit the save manager using "exit" in the main menu instead of closing it via home menu.

    About your save Manager as cia where do i have to put it in THE Folder cias? or 3ds? or just on the sd card

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
