Exactly what settings do you use? Do you have a 20nm or 16nm transistor model? Do you play in docked or handheld mode?Been overclocking since it released, no issues.
How do you get 2300 MHz for the MEM?I overclock everything, if the Switch dies, I'll just buy another one. Usually for docked I use 1963MHz (CPU), 998MHz(GPU) and 2300MHz (Mem). For handheld I use 1428MHz(CPU), 768MHz(GPU) and 2300MHz (Mem). Switch OLED here.

I only see 1600 MHz and 2400 MHz options in SYSCLK?
But when it's docked, battery life is not a concern. OC is nice for some titles. You don't realize it till you try it.I don't really see much reason to personally. Minor changes in performance just dont make it worth it for me when battery life is a big thing. Especially on Day 1 switches.
I did try it for a bit but the different was so subtle that it didnt seem worth it. I mean I already struggle to tell the difference between 30 and 60 fps in a lot of games. But when it's docked, battery life is not a concern. OC is nice for some titles. You don't realize it till you try it.
If I remember correctly you have to change some setting in the Switch OC Suite and you can only have two different options to choose from. A more detailed explanation and instructions on how to change it are somewhere in this thread. How do you get 2300 MHz for the MEM?
