I work in an oil field service shop. It's a fun job. Keeps my mind and hands busy for 8+ hours a day. Sometimes it can be a drag, and be frustratingly slow.. The people are the real "problem", but that's only due to my social ineptitude.
My current job is not the worst job I've ever had. Only a ten minute bike ride from home and most of the people there are great. I still don't think I'd go as far as saying I like it though. I mean I wouldn't do it if they weren't paying me.
Good for you but I wouldn't trust the students If I were a teacher. Some of them are horrible and talked bad things about the teachers. Most of them are not angels. The same for some teachers are bad as well. I am sure you are not one of bad teachers. Try to help students and woke them up to care about one another and teach them not to bullying. Many teachers dont talked about it. They just ... teach and thats it. Sad!
You have a real thing about bullying lately, azoreseuropa. Video I probably should have linked last post, not an amazing video but can be a good jumping off point
I hear about people falling in love with their college professors and visit them office hours to flirt with them. Must be uncomfortable for a professor.
I work in an electronic workshop where I usually assemble things like scanners for an aquaculture company, make cables or repair existing ones. I really like this job as I can work at a comfortable pace and it's fairly quiet. It includes a great deal of soldering which I enjoy, too.
I'm a Performance Officer at a local authority. It's okish. Apparently, I'm good at what I do. I am however dreading having to start writing the Q2 report. Quarterly performance reports are never fun.
worked at a rsturaunt owned by Muslims and its cancer the boss yells at his wife saying that he would leave her and stuff gets paid 10$ an hour no breaks for 8 hours straight cant complain since it is a cash job but when no one is looking i eat the stores fries and nuggets also the store violates all health hazards
I don't work. I mean, sometimes I feel practically everyone save for my parents (ironically enough) is pressuring me to get a job. Maybe I should, but I'm a lazy ass and a procrastinator, so that wouldn't go over well. I figure, I'll get a job once I get my Bachelor's, at least.
Don't know yet, I start Monday... Before that I worked at a gas station for 17 years, never really liked it, but was better after I became a manager. Then I managed a bookstore for about 2 1/2 years - there was a lot of stress to hit metrics, but overall I liked it. The chain closed in May, so I've been on unemployment for around four months. It's been a nice break, got to spend time with the wife and kids and work on my sci fi novel, but I'm ready to get back to work.
Love my job, and why? 1. I get to work outdoors 2. Getting paid for something I enjoy doing 3. Job satisfaction 4. Good salary 5. Meeting various people
I just looked up what it means on google and this came up on the results. https://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/1260139
I‘m in the second year of my education by the Ford Company. Its really great. You get good money every end of a month and the colleagues are really nice
Well put. I like my job because I like having food and a roof over my head. The work is fine and the people are a fun bunch (for the most part), but it's not something I would do of my own accord or in my free time.
