I decided to drink a bunch of caffeine before bed, and wow, not only did I have TONS of dreams, but I remember most of them. Pretty incredible. Do you guys typically remember your dreams?

What i remember of my nights asleep is either nothing basicly a void in memory, or dreams that if they not feature anything outlandish are no different from normal memories to me.
Except for the sudden shift between whatever happens in the dream and suddly being in bed.

I mostly do remember them, or the more interesting parts of them for some reason, but sometimes it seems as i don't have a dream at all which i think means i didn't remember anything.
EDIT:Wait, why did caffeine made you see more dreams? is it known? If it is true i'll try it out someday.

As some relevant dream facts, everyone usually has multiple dreams per night, and dream nearly every night, including those who claim they don't dream much (they forget or don't register having dreamed). You dream for about 2 hrs a night, with each dream lasting around 5-20 minutes. Usually.

As for remembering, you forget 95% of your dreams about 10 minutes after waking up. So if you've remembered any dreams, it'll be about 5% of your total dreaming. And it's not likely you remember the multiple dreams you had each night.

For about 10 minutes after I wake up - no big deal as I have not less than 3 devices capable of storing text in the same room

Some dreams I do, but more often I completely forget about them within one minute of waking up.

Not sure about caffeine, what I am sure about is that when I oversleep I generally end up in a very lazy half-awake state but still kind of dreaming, and those dreams I remember way better.

PS: that said I would say my blood if 50% caffeine, so perhaps caffeine is related /s

Dreams are weird, the ones you remember specially.
I have this recollection of a dream I had some thirty years ago perhaps.
I know it was a dream due to... well, I really had to ask back then if it ever happened.
The thing is this dream is stored in my memory as a real event, as if it really happened, it's hard to make it apart from reality.

It's just a stupid dream about me falling into kind of an open manhole in a sports club I frequented when I was a kid, and being able to grab and hold from the edge for quite a long time until someone spotted me and helped me out. For some reason it feels so much more like a memory than like an old dream.

I have a recurring dream where I'm walking down the street then a huge airplane painted in rainbow colours passes over my head and crashes into the mountain in the distance. I start running towards the mountain and as I get closer another plane painted all in red flys over my head and crashes into the exact same spot as the first plane. I then get to the crash site just as another plane that is black and white smashes into the mountain then I wake up. First had that dream when I was about 10 and still have it once or twice a month.

I'd sooner buy the Meze 109 Pro if I was dropping that much on headphones. I don't even like buds/IEMs

I got the Google Pixel Pro buds, they're good enough for when I need portable audio. And some really cheap IEMs that Dankpods recommends, I think the KZ ZSN Pro

I'd stick with cheapo Chinese $10 ones quality is actually becoming on pair with name brand since name Brand usually quads the price up anyway loose one bud that's another $200

My Pixel Pro buds shit the bed a month or two ago. My wireless charger (which they do support Qi charging) absolutely COOKED them. Caused some problem that caused the case to heat up to 180F+
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
They were like 9 months out of warranty but I hit up Google support anyway and told them how hot they were getting and they replaced them with new ones because they wanted these for failure analysis lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    lol wireless charging
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Yeah that's why I can't bring myself to even spend $100 on wireless earbuds
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think it's a cool idea but damn
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
Apparently the case has a problem with >15W wireless chargers. Google design fault, that one.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
I could live with wireless charging if the damn standard case doesn't block connection

    Copper conducting electricity or something
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
@Xdqwerty, power through a coil of wire causes an electromagnetic field to be generated. Another coil of wire can be set up to harness the power from that electromagnetic field and turn it into usable energy for charging a device
