Hacking Do I need to keep my .wad file on my SD after it's installed?

For example if i put NBA Jam wad onto my wii, do i still need to keep the file on my sd? or can i just take it off

if i wanted to delete the file would i have to uninstall it from the wad manager or could i just delete the channel?

you can delete it from your sd card and just delete it from the data management screen, but that will still leave the ticket installed on your wii i believe. to completely remove every trace of the game you would have to still have the wad on your sd card to remove with wad manager, but you can use atd to remove it completely with out having the wad on your sd card.

You should keep all the wads you ever install on your pc, don't leave them on the sd card. Especially ios and system menu wads, otherwise your five year old or brat nephew may uninstall you system.
