Suggestion Displaying a thread in both sections?

So, this thread about DS forwarders? I've been thinking it should be moved to another section, like the Utilities section, but now I think that it should be shown in both the Tutorial and the Utilities sections, because the thread contains a tutorial, but also a tool for making DS forwarders.
Do any of you think it's a good idea?

In most such situations someone will make either a sticky saying go here and lock it, or maybe abuse the move thread function and leave a permanent redirect.

I don't handle such things though, like my consoles to actually have some games and as such I am way out of the loop on the 3ds, so I will leave it for others to do.
