Here's a checklist Crimson : (Which will be some spoilers)

Spoiler

* Battled Anubismon (Pharoahmon)
* Obtained your 6th Farm?
* Opened a path from Sand Zone to Swamp Zone?
* Orange Treasure Box contains ShineGreymon, MirageGaogamon and Rosemon, be prepared.
* Have you gone back to Base Zone? There's a scene waiting for you.
* A new Area is unlocked, which is Volcano Zone, bring your most powerful digimons for Boss Fights, and Anti-Dragon, Anti-Fire Digimon (Mostly Water and Elec Type Digimons)

Make sure to keep training your Digimon. Also i suggest getting an Imperialdramon DM for this, its going to get rough, at least Level 50s. [Imperialdramon DM Compact DigiMelody drops from Paildramon from Sand Zone]
[Imperialdramon FM and Imperialdramon PM, as well as Omegamon Compact DigiMelodies are dropped when you clear Sand Zone and get your 6th Farm]

EDIT : You -really- have to train your digimon before you enter.
But then again, the only Ultimates you have access to is WereGarurumon and Paildramon (And Magnamon)
-Some boss- battle killed 4 of my Digimon......... D;

hey i cant get to the volcano area i have all 6 farms
i have beaten shiny greymon
and i have seen the sence with patamon and the others
and then what to do

I went through Dark Valley a couple times now and I can't find that stupid spider. I never battled the spider FYI. I did glacier and desert zones. I would if I knew where she was. All I know is that I saw her at one point before all of this but I can't find her anymore. I think I can't do that anymore...

- MetalGreymonL drops WarGreymon Compact DigiMelody, who you can use to make Omegamon.
VOLCANO ZONE 2 [Kiriha Blocks your road!]
VOLCANO ZONE 3 [Into the Dragon's Mouth! Fight ZDMilleniumon, Infermon and Argomon!]
Volcano Zone 3 [Base Zone is locked! Along with your cities!]
