I don't know about this project, but I tried on my own to translate. I have approx. finished 2 PAKs. And I can read most of the menu.
I will start on the third PAK today.

Digimon Names, Items, Farm Goods, Boards, Attacks, Menu(Except the Main Menu), Digimon Info, Places Names are almost translated.

I have some attacks which I couldn't find what are they or couldn't even translate, I will try to double check attacks and translate these which remained.
I will put some screenshots today if I could or tomorrow

i know too many people from other foruns and communities of this game waiting one english patch for this game, and about the story you don't have to translate so correctly , do this just thinking how to make us understand.

I'm translating it alone. But to be mentioned, I wouldn't do it as fast as this without The tool of Normmatt. Really, This will be a hell out of a translating to update all pointers in the file when finishing translating.
