Did Shining force 3 scenario II and III get translated?

I was just thinking about my sega saturn the other day and decided to play shining force 3, ive been meaning to play scenario 2 and 3 afterward, I was wondering if they were translated because I know very little about saturn hacking,heard the emulation was impossible until recently, and have no idea where to begin.
