Tested a few games too.
- Phoenix Wright AA (the first one). Works as you said (full speed, didn't test it a lot, but the first intro worked fine).
- AAI: Miles Edgeworth. Slow, only tested intro but def. a lot slower than the first PW.
- Mario Kart DS. Freezes after the Nintendo logo (black screen and don't go further).
- Animal Crossing and Castlevania PoR. Ehmm, well I got white screens on load (both games). I waited a few minutes but they didn't go further.
Regardless, it's a very impressive work... but I just want to say something (probably already said, but anyway lol). You guys don't expect full speed with this emulator, as Desmume is very slow even on windows. I have a laptop with Athlon X2 @2.1GHz with an ATI HD3200 and I hardly get 60 fps on most 2D games and with a high FrameSkip (yep, i'm using v0.9.6), a few 2D ones work slower (30-60 FPS) like Castlevania PoR and Mario & Luigi 3. The problem comes with 3D games, I get from 15-40 FPS on most 3D games (like Zelda ST, Animal Crossing, with a few exceptions like SM64 DS), they are hardly playable and the music lags a lot. An emulator like No$GBA would be better suited for Wii, but of course that isn't open source. Shame desmume is the only open source option, so it will need a lot of optimizations.
But, like I said, that's what makes the project a very impressive piece of emulation, as a few games work full-speed. So keep going, you guys do a nice job.
Cheers.
