Gbarunner2 display problems

I was trying to play GBA games on twilight menu with my 2ds, but these lines keep on appearing and I don't know what's causing them. They copy a line of sprites and there's more of them when I reset the game.
Is there a way to fix this?

I think they don't recommend gbarunner2 in 3ds family, because there are open_agb and VC Inject which are better than gbar2.
