Because I have no money to buy a Classic Controller or GameCube Controller.

this program has gotten really amazing. i hope we will see full speed nds emulation on the wii. that would be really awesome.

keep up the excellent work. all that's left is speed.

You are wrong. Nintendo DS natively framerate is only 30 fps. You can set No$GBA with No$Zoom in 60fps but it will do nothing.

This may sound a bit weird, but when I play Yoshi's island and I go into one of those smalls rooms in the underground, the emulator is faster than a real ds. I'm on rev 162. I'm not complaining though since everywhere else it play at about 26 fps which is very good.

yeah, it did that from the start.
I guess there's no fps limiter yet.

the frame skipping from r158 seems always ON. (1/4 frame drawn)
Could you add it to CC Zr button, either on continuous press to activate it, or cycle through different number of frames skipped ?
Though, only the Classic Controller has it already defined (but not used yet).

I'll test the frame skipping tonight

Yeah, scanff hardcoded the frameskipping in. I'm working as I write this on mapping it to the wiimotes + and - buttons to increase and decrease the frameskip respectively.

Frame skipping in general is a "cheating" way of speeding up emulation but it should tide people over until we are able to implement more "real" solutions to increasing emulation speed.

Cyan, your frameskipping request was just written and committed in by yours truly.

zuron7, if you don't like the idea of a DS emulator on Wii, then don't use it. For the record, I think using the Wiimote IR in lieu of the DS stylus is actually faster. If you switch viewing modes to just the bottom screen, it is more accurate for me too.
