Wii official sdk compile for retail console or emulator

I wanted to try and make a game with the official wii sdk by nintendo that is on archive.org. Is there a way to compile or convert the rom to run on a hacked Wii or an emulator, since Nintendo won't accept any submissions for the Wii and the sdk compiles for the dev kits not retail hardware
