Hacking Defragmenting a FAT32 drive for Wii Games

I recently converted my WBFS drive into a FAT32 drive with .wbfs files. I'm wondering if anyone's found a good way to defragment a drive setup for that. Defragmenting is easy enough, but how do you ensure that you keep the .wbfs and .wbf1 files together?

It's not that important, it will not be noticeable if the files are together or not...

I guess I was considering that, since the hard drive is clearly going to have faster seek times than a DVD anyway.

It already is about 4 times faster than a dvd anyway
