This game is so much fun, It gets really crazy at around Round 15, I couldn't beat Round 18.

Start up the Twilight Hack and FS dump the Wii.
Connect the SD card to a computer.
From there, go to X:/WII_FS/TITLE/00010001/57444645/CONTENT/ .
Copy all the files out of there into another folder to work with them(folder a). You have 00000002.app, 00000008.app, 00000009.app, 0000000a.app, and title.tmd .
Now, look in the folder X:/WII_FS/SHARED1/ for files with the exact sizes: 112448, 370880, 1015434, 2156800 and 3649020.
Important: There should only be one of each. If not, mention here, and I'll go into more detail.
Copy the correct-sized files also into another folder to work with them(folder b).
Now, to rename.
Rename the 112448 size file to 00000005.app .
Rename the 370880 size file to 00000004.app .
Rename the 1015434 size file to 00000007.app .
Rename the 2156800 size file to 00000003.app .
Rename the 3649020 size file to 00000006.app .

Now go back into (folder a).
Rename the file 00000009.app to 00000000.app .
Rename the file 0000000A.app to 00000001.app .
You do not need to rename 00000002.app and 00000008.app .

Now, combine (folder a) and (folder b).
You should have .app files named 00000000-00000008, and title.tmd.

Now, go into X:/WII_FS/TICKET/00010001/ and copy the file 57444645.TIK to the combined working folder.

When these files are all together, use a .wad packer on them. I cannot help with this step, but you have all the files you need.

And so, you have a .wad for Defend your Castle NTSC-U!
