I've rebuilt a .3ds file to use with citra, but it's encrypted, and sending it over to the 3ds takes forever using microsd management (my microsd card reader is on the fritz). I remember with the bootrom keys being released there was a way to actually decrypt 3ds roms on a pc. Does this exist?
