DBZ Breaker

Hi everyone !
I've installed DBZ the breakers (under atmosphere) and when i launch the game, i have this following error : connexion error, please check your network connection.
Anyone encoutered this problem ?
That's the same with the secret neighbor game.
It seems that the game want to connect to the Nintendo network...

Note: a quick and dirty way is to see if it will run in Airplane mode. If so, this patch will work to “trick” the game into thinking it’s in AP mode even when it’s not.
