i havnt seen a report of working games
people edited there saves and the game just deleted it

also so people know Nintendo have stopped this save hacking another way

Extra Data is added to your SD card with a Save and Save ID
so it compares the save on the SD card when booting

so if it doesnt match it deletes the save LOL

We feared that they had successfully decrypted the saves, allowing data to be edited without disturbing the save ID. I'm guessing this device only works with older games like the R4i dongle.

yea seems like on newer games its going to be impossible

tho this new save feature seem to be if you SD card was to die or you put the game in another console you will have you save deleted

If only Nintendo allowed edited saves/cheats, but made it so that anyone who cheats or edits their saves plays on a server populated only by people who also cheated or edit their saves. That way, people who don't ruin online play can continue their business, while leaving the jerks behind.

Why does ebay keep changing date for Powersaves 3ds? Went from June 17th to 24th.

You just have to be patient. The email that I received from them indicated that the only save device that they were going to release the powersaves 3ds in the UK. Currently and they have no plans for a US model. The UK version is not compatible with any games from the US and since the 3ds is region locked it would be useless for you to buy.

I have been using the save editor on the 3Ds.
it works. but when you connect your game it looks for the cheats
on the Japan database.if your game not there then u need to add yourself.
I used it for monhun 3G and biohazard revaluation. no problem

Do you know any newer games that can use it? Those games probably still use older save methods. Mario 3D Land gets corrupted with the R4i Save Dongle and Animal Crossing can't be edited because of the key system they use. So I'm guessing those can't be edited with this device..
Pokémon XY and MH4 most likely will work the same as Animal Crossing to prevent older saves to be loaded.

Can also confirm it works flawless with my MH3G.
It's a pity you can't add your own games, I hope somebody will set up an own tool based on their hardware thingy and software.

As long as X/Y can interact with any of the older gen of pokemon, there will be cheaters. And I'm fairly certain that it will.

Granted people won't be able to cheat with newer pokemons, but what will prevent them to import hacked pokemon holding masterball or any other kind of item to X/Y ?

A lot of highly EV and IV trained pokemon. yea I think that the legality checker they used before online access will be in the game itself

Newer games do work, they have codes for SMTIV and DQ7, which only came out Feb / May
