Did anyone get cIOSrev18 working under SNEEK and mange to load/play a game from USB HDD?

See this:

QUOTE(rumsey @ Feb 28 2010, 04:41 PM) None of the loaders work properly in sneek even the ones updated to r18, they all seem to lose connectivity to the USB drive when the game is launched and either code dump or drop you back to the HBC. If I figure anything else out I'll let you know.

I don't think anyone has been able to get a game to load off of USB when using SNEEK, even with cIOSrev18. Rev18 seems to get further than anything else - at least it loads and functions.

The closest I have gotten is using Configurable USB Loader with a FAT formatted USB device. Under rev18 the program will load and recognize the game on the USB device, but when attempting to launch the title it switches to cIOS222 for FAT support.

Using CFG and WBFS the loader recognizes the games but doesn't load them (see rumsey's post).

Okay, just seem to have a problem here.

Installed this one, and thankfully still kept the installer for rev17 just in case. Installed this cIOSX with IOS57 as a base (which was the default that showed up).

Now using Wad Manager 1.5, and it just gives an error -1029 whenever I try to install ANY other wads I'd wanted to install.

Is there an updated Wad Manger to install? Should I install with another base IOS? Or just go back to rev17?

u can use a different IOS (like 36) to install wads, but cIOS249 r18 can only install wads if its merged with IOS38 (like it was in the past).
Ah, I did not know that.

True as that may be, I just personally trust using 249 for that sort of thing.

I'll second that, 202 merged 60 works very well. I wanted to use 249 myself but after i finally switched to 202, i wish i would have done it ages ago, its SOO much better/faster

Does anyone know if there is a way to have 2 bases at once?
I'm trying to use ios 57 installed to 249, and ios 38 to 250.
But when i try to dump the cios using bluedump I get an error.
Any ideas?

Dump your NAND and extract the cIOS into a wad with ShowMiiWads.

Ok thanks. I figured I would have to do that but I was hoping for an alternate method. (I hate waiting for the dumps to finish

What's the difference in speed between 202v4 merge 60 vs 222v4? I guess I don't see what the difference would be.
