Hacking Cruisn USA - freezes at "game requires classic controller"

All my other virtual console games work except this one. Is this a known error?

What is this... If the TC doesn't have a Classic Controller connected, I'd have to say he is quite possibly the dumbest person I have ever met in my human life...

If you do, then maybe you have the wrong region game.

guys - I def have the classic controller attached and it's the right region. really weird that it won't start. Actraiser doesn't start either. I installed ios 33 and 17 but no luck.

download the game again from the shopping channel. if it still doesnt work, then call up nintendo's customer service and complain
