Could you burn a GameCube Media Launcher yourself?

I found some blank Mini dvds on Amazon, the same as the GameCube. Is there a way to burn a media launcher ISO to it?

You should be able to burn the ISO to DVD-R. But the GameCube will not start a DVD-R unless you have at least a XenoGC installed (which defeats the purpose of the SD Media Launcher which can be booted on unmodified GC).
