I don't think so. Getting Xorpads is sortve easy.

You need the xorpads.
You can generate them yourself in your own 3DS if that is what you want.

Riku's new tool Simple Cia v1.1 + rxtools can do this now without xorpads.
1. Decrypt ROM on your 3ds with rxtools.
2. ROM to cia with Simple Cia on your PC.

Edit: So I have to decrypt ROM and convert it with Simple CIA? What's firmware spoofing?

Edit 2: Firmware spoofing allow to play a game with 5.1 on 4.5 (per exemple) but with 9.5 EmuNAND, it's useless...

So please, is it possible to convert a 3dz ROM with a header to cia directly?
And should I trim ROM before convert it?
