Where is emunand support for atmo ? its been a year and nothing.. i even went back to use my sega.

I just find it funny that those who use atmos talk about sxos piracy this and that.. when the bigger part if not most of atmo user use it with signature patches...
Emunand isn't their current priority (they're currently working on neat debugging stuff)

Well, I certainly don't use said piracy patches

Then cant one say the same for sxos ? 7.0.1 isn't their current priority as little to no games requiere it ?

Because Sega is a company as far as I know.
Sega family on google :D

@ All: as far as the implementation and priority of the emuNAND is concerned.
Here is a statement from the SciresM:
It's not that it's not a priority so much as thermosphere is so ridiculously memory constrained that working on it is kind of unpleasant -- I'm making progress on it slowly, but given I usually work on whatever's the most enjoyable to work on at any given time....

I consider that debugging stuff, additional sysmodule loading, anti-telemetry stuff, up to date software, etc to be basic stuff...
Question: if, like you said, dont use the signature patches, what does the up to date software ( 7.0.1 ) brings to you ?

Being able to do online shit and being able to run newer games and updates...

Edit: also by "up to date software" I meant sysmodules that aren't like three months old.

if you dont use signature patches then you dont use piracy so cant you do that on official firm without atmos ?

My guess is TX is combining their TX installer app etc, as a full fledged SX loader app, for managing your games and content. But still I would have liked a 6.2+ compatible update soonisch..

Just as a point of reflection... SXOS has MORE code to rewrite than atmosphere's.

Atmosphere is a "simple" (I know that it's the best CFW now) CFW and all of its "underground" stuff is provided by another apps o patches...

SXOS has to make ALL its features working again.

atmosphere = 1 guy
TX = at least 3 guys? idk

and they don't have to rewrite every single line of code, so it would take them a couple of days to do it at max

problem here is they don't know what they're doing

Ok yes they were both made by Rare, but DK was from Rare back then, Rare now is owned by MS. So makes since.
