I'm hoping for it to be somewhat like swapnote/letterbox except for more serious stuff and not mainly for messages.

Anyway how much will it cost here, and how much does it cost in the US?
I can't use my bank card for the eShop and they don't sell prepaid cards in my town, so I'm trying to be conservative with the funds I currently got.

Well, MY impressions is that it's VERY good the 3D effect is better then I thought it would be.
and for features a LOT. you can also take a picture and use that as a backround.

So yeah if I were you I would GET IT THE SECOND IT COMES OUT!

Got it this morning, like an hour after it came out on the eshop. Eagerly waited for this since 2 weeks ago, and now that it's here I can finally do some background paintings .

Brush sizes, all colors, opacity, there are FIVE 3D layers, which is pretty amazing. I haven't tested them out (I've been using them as layers for painting underneath my lineart) but the ones in the gallery use it very well. And the draw with friends thing is local which is kind of a letdown but eh, the app is still amazing to me.

Can you use pop out 3D?
That would be awesome.

normally, no, there is no pop out 3D.

but if you use the 4 back layers and not the 1 layer that is right on the screen you can make a pop out effect if you move your 3DS to the side a bit, making the screen go to the wrong eyes.

My swapnote friends have already seen this, but this is the very basic of what you can do with it.
I suck at painting so there's no background yet but maybe I'll work on that. It can really pop!
